Denver, Colorado (8/16/1998) --- Johns Manville (JM), a leading manufacturer of fiber glass insulation, is the official insulation sponsor of the inaugural This Old House Dream House project, exclusively providing all insulation products to be installed in the 5,100 square-foot Wilton, Conn. home, designed by prestigious architect Robert A.M. Stern. The estimated final value of the dream house is $750,000 to $1 million.
The plan to build the home from the ground up was kicked off in the July/Aug. issue of This Old House. Editorial coverage tracking the project will span eight issues and will conclude in the June issue of 1999.
