Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

Manufacturers must provide an MSDS for each product. These are usually kept in a binder for easy updating.

These must be located where workers have access to them. Your supervisor will tell you the specific location of the MSDS book as well as other safety and health information.

The MSDS also tells you how to use personal protective clothing and equipment, and provides emergency first-aid guidelines.
