Collection and Use of Information
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. JM uses this information to measure the use of our web sites and to improve the content of our sites.

 

JM's web sites only use "cookies" in areas of our sites which require you to use a password. Areas which require passwords require users to log in for each session and are timed out after a limited time period. We use cookies only to hold the session state. A cookie is a tiny element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie.

 

When you make a purchase of products or services through either our public web site or JMConnexus™, a registration form requires users to give us unique identifiers (like mother's maiden name), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their address and phone numbers). Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services ordered through the web site. Unique identifiers (such as mother's maiden name) are collected to verify the user's identity if a password must be reset. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use any registration data for internal purposes only and it is not sold or transferred to any person unaffiliated with JM.

 

JM's sites may contain hyperlinks to web sites of persons unaffiliated with JM. JM is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any web sites you may access through a hyperlink located in a JM site.

 

Security
JM web sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Some of the protections we use include firewalls, secure servers, passwords and user names, limiting employee access to data and deletion of personal information when it is no longer being used.

 

Children's Guidelines
All content on JM web sites is acceptable for persons of any age, although the JM web sites generally are not designed for, or directed to, children under the age of 13. Parents should monitor online behavior of children, including any purchases of goods or services over the Internet. JM does not take specific measures to screen online purchasers based on age.

 

Choice/Opt-Out
The JM web sites may permit users to register to receive communications from JM. Where this is the case, JM web sites provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.

 

To remove information from our database or to request not to receive future communications, users should send an email message to privacy@jm.com.

 

Correct/Update
To change and/or modify information previously provided to JM, users should send an email message to privacy@jm.com.
